      I have had a really positive experience working at ZONE3000. It is an excellent company, especially for those looking to start or advance their career in IT. I love my marketing team, best team ever!! Outstanding Training: The onboarding and training programs are top-notch. You get all the knowledge you need to feel confident in your role. Great Team & Culture: The colleagues and team leads are incredibly supportive and friendly. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Stability: Professional management, clear processes, and timely payments.

      Cons

      The workload can be quite intensive and things can change very fast, but it helps you grow professionally.

      Amazing team and supportive management with no downsides

      I was amazed by ZONE3000 from the first day I started working here: the team is amazing, and management actually listens and cares about me. Compared to my previous workplaces, this is a major change of scenery. For the first few months I couldn’t believe it; Surely, the cons will show up soon. Fast forward almost 7 months, they didn’t.

      A company where you can really feel human support

      Pros

      - Human attitude toward employees and real support during difficult periods, including help during the war, support for military employees, help for people who lost close family members, and compensation for psychologist sessions. - Good opportunities for internal growth. You can change your position, move to another direction, or try a new role inside the company. - Strong corporate culture with many activities for different interests: learning sessions, internal initiatives, communities, and informal events. - The company gives a feeling of stability and clear processes during an unstable time.

      Cons

      - If you work in the company for many years, at some point career growth can become limited, especially after several promotion stages. But it also depends on the person’s skills, flexibility, and willingness to grow further. - There is no compensation for sport activities like gym, dancing, or other physical activities. It would be nice to have this option in the future if possible.
