      This is not for everyone. If you are an inexperienced professional just holding a degree, run. This company will help you to sell aggressively better than most organizations.

      Cons

      No strippers on the floor the monthly meeting day. This should change as soon as possible.

      Pros

      This company works on performance basis, so a good job is always well rewarded. Although the company is very big, they are focused on team building and you end up with many friends from all departments. It is a casual work place, full of amenities and benefits for its employees.

      Cons

      This is not a regular desk job so probably people used to silence and cubicles will not feel comfortable.
