      Great benefits and valuable networking, but support can lack

      Pros

      The benefits are a lot better than those of other companies out there. The best part, in my opinion, is the network you have access to with other leasing agents and property managers that help with learning, especially if you're newer to the industry.

      Cons

      I think the main con is sometimes the lack of support from the regional manager. Understandably, so they can get busy, but there should be a level of availability they should have for their PMs and LC.

      Decent pay, but environment deteriorated under new management

      Pros

      Pay is decent but trust me you earn every penny of it.

      Cons

      New Regional takes place of former Regional and everything changes and becomes very non professional. The work environment changed for the worse and it became very uncomfortable to work there any longer after over 4 years of employment. There are only a few good Regionals. The bad ones ruin the work experience and long term goals.
