      Pros

      The people are great to work with and the environment is great. Product is a great idea.

      Cons

      The owners have no idea what they're doing and meddle too much in things that are outside their wheelhouse. The owners treat employees like chattel that are simply there to make them money and dispense with people as it suits them with no regard to how it might damage the future operations of the company. The product is a good idea, but they do not know how to monetize it properly.

      It pay the bills I guess.

      This company doesn’t know how to build a product. The leadership team has been selling vapor for a few years now and has nothing to show for it. There isn’t and never will be a successful product at ZYYAH.

      Great co workers. That’s about it.

      Cons

      This company doesn’t know how to build software. They managed to hire all the right people but instead of letting the experts do their jobs, they strong armed it all and ultimately ruined their own product. There is nothing to sell, yet there were blatant lies thrown around to partners and employees. All the hard work and efforts put to waste because the feature creeping never ends. The valueless additions that were prioritized over the actual vision of the app. It’s not worth your time, work elsewhere for your own sanity.
