Pros
I don’t get all of these reviews. People are way too sensitive. Then again you can only leave a company for two reasons, your choice or their choice and this site is really for the later. I’ve worked at Zacuto for years and both the owners really know their stuff and care about their employees. They are very patriotic, so much so, that as much of the products and components that can be sourced and made in the USA are. People obviously don’t have a sense of humor these days because the environment is a fun place to work. Maybe not as PC as you may like but that’s what makes it exciting. If you’re a sensitive person, you need to look elsewhere, it’s not for you, but you’re missing out on a huge eduction. I have free parking too.
Cons
Could have better insurance. They used to pay 100% of our insurance which was amazing. Now they just pay half which is normal but not as good as 100%.
