Pros
People genuinely working together and spending time together. Accepting culture where people are free to be themselves. Management really cares about every employee as an individual person. Fantastic flexibility and work-life balance. Great place to learn, company cares about good technical practices and about helping you learn.
Cons
The nature of contracting gives you less control over what industry you are working on, though they are responsive to employees' requests to switch projects
