My views are specific to the sales organization and do not reflect on any other department at Zaius.
We can all agree that a company must continuously invest in facilities, team outings, pay and compensation, and other fun perks like free snacks. However, Zaius seems to forget the most important investment you can ever make as a company: People!
This may seem like a very simple platitude, but it is something that Zaius refuses to do as an organization, and that starts at the highest levels of the company.
In my experience, many companies fall into one of two traps (sometimes both): they either under-invest in processes and systems, or under-invest in their staff. Both scenarios can lead to less than ideal outcomes, but under-investing in your staff can lead to a far more disastrous outcome such as high turnover and rock bottom morale.
It's time for the leaders at Zaius to find themselves, and that starts with looking inward.
Zaius' future lies in the hands of its leaders... it already has the right people, and the right product!
