      Pros

      I am not able to write anything under pros, whatever that used to be there is gone due to politics. Good bunch of technical people, lots to learn from them (all left now) Flexible timings - (nothing flexible about them now) Good projects - (Big players snatched their good clients)

      Cons

      I will not recommend this company to anyone unless you are extremely desperate for a job If you are looking for good work, good work environment and steady growth, it is highly unlikely that you find them here. Small company mentality -- reflects in some of the policies Company want employee which can work 70 hours in week, prefer mostly fresher's

      People here concentrate more on bossing people Higher management simply have their pets and goes to any extent for saving them and putting others in soup. Manager level no work to do rather observing who are wearing what including jewellery of female employees and commenting on them.(Specially for KM team managers) You should always satisfy ego of the so called managers otherwise they are going to ruin your life. Work culture is very Bad. Managers are non supportive & mean. Some of them are incompetent to manage even small teams. Personal bias & egos are high. HR is ignorent & has no control. There are no review system for mangers.
