      *Less salary as compared to the market. *No learning. *Tooo much politics. *Bad management. *Bad HR. *Old employees have a group, when you join the company, from the day starts they try to discourage you. and after spending 6 months you yourself leave the company. *Zero growth. *When you join the company, after some time you yourself will be fed up with life. *some bad people like salmon, Waqar, and Umer. they feel they are the babies of khans.

      too much politics by the like of Bhatti and Ibrahim, too many good professional directors have left with a day's notice and the inexperienced people keep gettimg promoted once professionals directors leave and you can see who benefits when they leave
