      Not horrible but, more cons than pros

      Pros

      - generally flexible with working hours - culture is ok - fully remote no office

      Cons

      - depending on who you direct report to, be prepared for HEAVY micro management - lots and lots of meetings/ super heavy meeting culture - some leaders are poor communicators over messages, red flag considering it’s remote - no benefits outside of being remote and kind of flexible with hours - no career development opportunities - don’t really take on feedback

      Great management, a wonderful culture and good people

      Pros

      Power Diary offers a great working culture and flexible working options, with a remote-first approach. Management are extremely competent, genuinely empathetic and caring about their staff. Additionally, the company has great business prospects and a big future from what I can tell.

      Cons

      Hard to list any real cons that don't exist in other companies. More internal transparency could be a good thing but Power Diary certainly meets current standards in this area anyway.
