This is a family owned company For that reason it is a close knit work family The management is very accommodating to my crazy schedule

There is much work to be done on communication among people in the company mainly the higher ups.

Very friendly employees and knowledgeable staff

Cons

Low pay, below industry standards. Poor training program. Check stubs are very vague as you do not know what you’ve been paid for. No benefits. They offer benefits but when you go to sign up they never return your phone call. Long hours but for some reason on your check stub bi weekly read 79.92 hours and you really worked 94 hours. Stub shows no overtime.
