Nice tech team and good relation with the owners

The frontend lead created a negative work environment by micromanaging all frontend activities, stifling creativity and not allowing team members to contribute freely.

Pros

Well-intentioned company with some smart ideas, they do try to look after their staff, some commendable environmental credentials.

Cons

Unfortunately Zeelo, in my opinion, are doomed to fail - essentially a ‘middle-man’ and customers will enviably find cheaper ways to provide the same thing. Zeelo’s tech, which they pride themselves on, isn’t actually very good.
