Pros
I couldn't have asked for a better place to be. It felt like home right from the on-site interview. They have created such an inviting and comfortable environment with the focus on employees as much as on clients. Even though it's a startup, they try to keep work-life balance. You are surrounded by an amazing group of smart dedicated employees. Given the size, any team member can have a tremendous impact.

• As with any startup priorities shift, so flexibility is key • If you prefer an enterprise environment with less accountability, this is not the place for you. • As an early-stage startup, there aren't usually catered lunches
