Boss is very trusting and willing to let employees to test out their ability and work on their own with minimum control and monitor. Teammates are very open minded and positives, very cooperative and often discuss to solve problems and help each others.

May need to work for long hour for product development. Office is fully equipped yet (though necessary equipment are there)
