Pros
I 've been with Zelis for more than 3 years, and it's been a great place to build a career. One of the biggest benefits is the flexibility. Working remotely has allowed me to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which is incredibly important because my family is my top priority. I've always felt trusted to manage my work while still being present for the moments that matter most outside of work. Cons
Like any growing organization, there are times when processes and priorities change, which can take some adjustment. Clear communication during periods of change is always appreciated, but overall, these have been manageable and haven't taken away from my positive experience.
