I was working with A few trainers that really helped me throughout the process
Cons
We have low pay for doing so much work and carrying heavy bags. Some women will compete with you.

Pros
Zen homes has a very caring staff who treats their employees with dignity. The hours are great and the staff is very understanding. The business has an incredible work ethic. No customer is unhappy by the end of a job because if there is a complaint they will send someone else to fix the problem. The manager even came himself to a re-clean and put his gloves on to help straighten out the problem just to show the customer how much the company cares about it's reputation
Cons
Sometime there is a couple of hours between jobs leaving me with not much to do until my next job. That actually might be attractive to some people
