Pros
Most of the staff are very friendly. Free meals often provided. It's in a busy part of town. A lot of re-occurring guests.
Cons
Management went downhill. A lot of people can't keep a hold of their emotions and will take it out on you. You often must do things that you never got hired for. You have to tip out a good percentage of your tips. Favoritism is rampant.
