Get to work around cannabis

They want everything to be corporate. You have to be a robot but they still don’t want to pay their workers a livable wage. They randomly change policies like changing the dress code on the spot. We have to push the house brand Verano when it’s terrible quality. If you are not white and a man you are not moving very far in the company. There wasn’t even a break room, they just put a fridge and bench in a closet and called it a Day. Management tells workers to be happy and to always be uplifting and bubbly instead of actually putting effort into making their employees happy. You are always being watched on camera and if you are not a yes man you become managements target.
