Pros are you have the ability to cross train in multiple departments to better understand the workforce

Cons

Micro-management, mass firings every forth quater, teams are never properly aligned with company goals

Pros

The other employees were all very friendly and professional. There is a lot of new technology there to learn and they promote learning.

Cons

They have had several rounds of layoffs, and each time they say that they hope it is the last one, but after 3 rounds in 3 years it seems like they have trouble planning.
