Pros

Nice culture people are decent in general. Flexible working hours and WFH (not sure if that is still a thing , which also depends on which department you're in and your manager)

Cons

Incompetent team Incompetent management Incompetent HR Poor hr onboarding. Poor hr offboarding. You need to keep nagging to get your paper work done and to get your settlement. Engineering department is a mess. Mangement is driving everyone towards burnout. You are set to fail. No matter how well you perform and deliver. What is delivered is undermined and unappreciated. Some people are not being held accountable because of their good relation/ personal relation with managment. And this conflict of interest is not being addressed by upper management/ cto. On top of that high performers/ team players are being blamed for helping the team and complaining about work load instead of management managing the work load fairly. Incompetent team. There are a few reliable engineers. Everyone else doesn't care and don't work as a team and only care about themselves. In top of poor work quality. You will work hard for a lousy paycheck. Also there are no bonuses. And small yearly salary increase. Benefits kept decreasing every month what's left is some flexibility in work hours and a lunch on Thursdays. Also good luck passing the interviews. They are extremely hard for no reason. The actual job needs someone with good character and decent problem solving skills. Also there's no place for career development since you will be putting out fires 100% of the time.
