Leadership offers little to no guidance, leaving teams to operate in ambiguity. Strategies are often made on the fly without input from those directly involved. • Toxic culture of quiet firing. Rather than having transparent conversations, leadership goes silent and begins working around you. They start contacting your team members directly while leaving you out of critical decisions, undermining your role and ability to perform effectively. • High turnover and low morale.
