Supportive manager, but high pressure and unrealistic expectations from the CEO
Pros
The leads are fairly warm Very easy to follow script and structure Nice manager
Cons
They claim they're not like a call centre nearby, that sounds like a cash machine, but to be honest they're worse. The other place gave support and time for an individual to develop in their roles. If you start here, expect pressure from the get go. You're expected to pick things up in the first week. I was made to feel like something was wrong with me because I wasn't as confident as I was in my interview. So they made me take a personality test on my 5th day of working there. It was a strange experience. I was even told to put both hands on the table when they took me in for the meeting about my "fake confidence". They don't give you time to settle down and build your confidence back on the phone, so if you are someone like me, who jumped back on the phones after a year, then be warned you'll be out 3 weeks in if you don't hit the "thousands". The manager was nice, he was always there to help but it was so obvious he was getting pressure from the CEO.
