Pros
Great place! If you don't want to work, you don't have to. You can play on your phone, visit with co-workers, talk on the phone anytime you want. Normal lunch hour is 1/2 hour. But if you want to take 1 hour or even more, you can, not a problem! Want a 3 day weekend but don't want to use any of your PTO - feel free - nobody will say or do anything - go for it! There is no supervision. The "supposed" supervisors "look the other way", so its never a problem to do what you want, when you want. There are a handful of employees that actually "work" ... so not to worry, they will get the work that needs done, while the rest of the employees hang out, and do whatever they want (besides work that it). And best one yet - if you do something blatantly wrong during that rare time you work - NO PROBLEM! The skilled, hard workers will come along and fix it for you, while you go home and relax. Nothing is said to you, no reprimand whatsoever. Never a problem! Its the best job ever! Good pay for no work, nor work experience needed. Take days off whenever you want, and never use your own PTO. Best of all, on the days you are "physically at work", you don't have to do ANYTHING. Sit, relax, visit, take long lunch hours and a break every hour. Awesome place to work!
Cons
It sometimes bothers the skilled and hard working employees when they see the rest of us sitting around doing nothing and getting paid for it. I really don't see what the problem is.
