      Pros

      Awesome team and talented sales reps. Has potential to grow just isn't there yet. Pay is good.

      Cons

      No growth. Been stuck in seat as a BDR for years now, favoritism from the CRO is more or less how you get promoted. Toxic management.

      Zeni is led by amazing founders in Swapnil and Snehal. Megan Prince our VP of Sales has established an amazing culture and grown the sales team from 2 employees to nearly 20 in the past year. #onezeni is our motto not just for the sales team but for our whole organization and the vision of Zeni.

      Cons

      It's a startup, and it is a grind. It can be stressful. But you just need to figure it out and have the ability to overcome that and grow.

      Pros

      There's a lot of opportunity at Zeni. They have great leadership in the owners Swapnil, and Snehal, who have a lot of experience in the start-up realm. Zeni also recently brought on Collin the CRO who has extensive knowledge in sales and business. The product and service Zeni provides is definitely helping start-ups focus on growing their business while Zeni manages their accounting. They also have a very unique AI powered dashboard that shows the real-time financial health of your organization.

      Cons

      As with any new organization it's just a matter of streamlining processes, but that will come with time.
