I loved the job I did and was relatively easy for a call center job
Cons
They do not care at all about employees or students. They bought out Everest after the "scandel" but did not rebrand or make any attempt to make it better. They promised no lay offs but after a year, they laid off all other call centers but one. They do not care about students and their main goal is to get as much money as they can.
