      Pros

      - People are great. We definitely have fun together (there may or may not be a lot of eating involved). - Great space to work in. - General respect for work/life balance.

      Cons

      - Lack of communication, mostly between departments. - Resistance to overall change and suggestions from admin. - Not much appreciation for non-sales roles.

      Pros

      Teammates are supportive and generally positive. Managers understand work-life balance and will work with you around any scheduling issues that come up. The company is like a family.

      Cons

      Not much room to move up since there are few high/manager positions, low turnover for those positions, and little to no company expansion.
