The usual work stuff no good

there's a lot of pressure to meet impossible deadlines, therefore over-time becomes necessary to get through the workload. Many people visibly dealing with stress and burnout due to this. constantly felt like I was walking on eggshells. The processes are so rigid, stringent I felt like when I don’t necessarily think to update something in their system which would be considered quite trivial, it feels like I have caused a HUGE problem even though nothing tangible is really affected.
