      Good colleagues in your team. A job you can learn lots of operations in Layer 1.

      Cons

      All operations need to wait for remote permutations. Business traveling sometimes has ridiculous workload.

      OT is frequent and no pay for OT. Need to overnight work and great pressure. The working atmosphrere is not really good in network team.
