Zenly is a place that sets you up to do the best work of your career. The company is at a size where there is still plenty of room left to grow, so each and every person has the opportunity to have direct impact on the product and have ownership over their domain. Zenly provides the resources, tools, and training you need to progress in your career. A huge positive for me was the relocation support they provided as I was moving to France from another country. They work with an agency who takes care of everything for you: from helping you find somewhere to live (which can be SO stressful in Paris if you're trying to do this alone), packing up and shipping all your stuff, help with via process and paperwork, tax changes, French lessons, free flights home during the holidays, and more. It was the easiest move I've ever made and it was to a foreign country. They also really care about the team and go above and beyond to look after everyone and reward you for all all your hard work. Some examples: - very competitive salary and Snap RSUs - brand new iPhone when you join and upgrades when new devices come out - gym and wellness stipend every month (plus yoga and meditation classes in the office) - language lessons, I'm currently learning Japanese - additional stipend for lunch so you can decide where to spend it - insane amount of vacation (and a strong culture of actually being offline during these vacations) - yearly week-long getaway with the team - kitchen full of snacks and drinks - really beautiful office and comfortable working environment - lots of treats and surprises sent to you when WFH during the pandemic
