Run far and fast if you get an offer for any type of work here. As many recent reviews (most notably the one from 6/30) note, new tech leadership is incompetent, arrogant, and destructive: slashing budgets and morale, putting the livelihoods of many in jeopardy, and creating a toxic, paranoid and panicked environment. Nothing about this place is good anymore with the current C-Suite involved.

The CEO is absentee and not aware (and doesn’t care) about the massive destruction caused by someone she hired to run the technology group. This C-suite person pits employees against each other, playing sadistic games for their own amusement, gaslighting and saying one thing but telling someone else something different. They pretend to work, but spend their time reading employee Slack messages and google drive docs to steal ideas to give to China contractors, to make it look like it’s their idea and pretending the ideas didn’t come from you. Like another reviewer said, this person thinks the company will be them and their friends, with everyone’s job outsourced to AI and China contractors to save money and hide the fact that they have no vision, and no idea how to increase revenue or even stop the bleeding on the current business. They hired all their friends (yes men) who won’t challenge them, and they blindly enforce their ideas. These yes man are not competent and are confused most of the time. Yet, they have prominent positions in the company. This person is rooting out anyone who is competent, so expect the company IQ to be lower than it already is. If you are good at your job, expect to be targeted and harassed by their cronies, or singled out and publicly embarrassed to make this person feel better about themselves. If you decide to work here, CYA, and don’t put anything in Slack you don’t want this person reading. Don’t sign the arbitration agreement, you will likely need a lawyer after a few months. Retain your rights.
