      Pros

      I would say within Automotive software area, Zenseact is best in class. Many smart people with tons of experience in the area gathered together. Flexibale working hours, reletively higher salary and benefits I've never seen any other place. Tight schedule and though problems to fix. You must be of kind "challenge accepted". Teams are in power.

      Cons

      Close to a flat organization. You are able to move horizontally but vertically is tough.

      Intresting and exciting, but has a few challenges

      Pros

      * Solving interesting and important real life problems * Most exciting things happening in the automotive industry right now, saving lives and autonomous driving * Flexible workplace and good work hours * Office in good location

      Cons

      * General lack of competence and experience within software engineering and software engineering leadership * Decisions, improvements and changes are difficult and takes a very long time * High absence in terms of people being ill themselves and taking care of sick children (as well as a lot of people going on paternity/maternity leave for 6-12 months at the time - but I think that's part of Swedish culture and legislation)
