Pros

- Passionate, energetic and proactive team that works in a very collaborative manner and is ready to help when needed - Fast-moving company so not a boring moment

Cons

-Management expects you to make miracles (overdeliver) at a super fast pace but absolutely never gives you the right resources to do so (budget, people, basic tools). Also, even if the company is 7 years old, it operates like an super early stage startup: chaotic, no processes or tools in place... -Priorities change all the time and it's impossible to focus and work towards a common goal -Time and time again management has proven through their actions that they don't value their employees. The lack of benefits and lack of fairness when it comes to promotions also doesn't help. This takes a toll on every employee at some point which you can sense in the team's overall morale. -I would be extremely cautious as a potential new hire when considering this company. The culture falls short of expectations and it's not going to be long until you regret having joined.

Pros

Nice co workers. Minimal oversight by upper management so no micro managing.

Cons

No training for new employees. Churn for entry level employees is high. No equity for new employees. Benefits are terrible. Paychecks were often wrong and sometimes late. Co founders are very temperamental and are openly disliked by most of the company. They have created a culture of no accountability and finger pointing. CEO openly lies to prospective clients about how well the company is doing. Product and technology teams are only located in India are extremely disorganized and not aligned with client needs. This has been raised to upper management several times who don't seem to care. The product never works and gives no value to clients. All churn within a year. Sales team has very high turnover once they realize it's all smoke and mirrors. Since new investors took over a market was closed and everyone is trying to jump ship.

Small, casual, little red tape

Cons

Poor communication, no credit and acknowledgment culture, bonus-driven atmosphere with little transparency, dog-eat-dog under the shiny surface of "we are a team and eat lunches together"
