      Awesome co-worker support and serving the clients I am assigned to. That's about it...

      Cons

      Dedicated employee for 3 years with no support from upper management...or contact for that matter. They simply do not care about their employees and their overall well-being. Overly controlling doctors over the therapy department. Middle management is powerless to adequately advocate for employee needs. Pitiful pay and high caseloads due to Zepf not being able to retain good staff. Corrupt HR and CEO...much favoritism. Fails to reward many of its hard workers.
