I've really enjoyed my time here. The colleagues are genuinely friendly and supportive, which creates a very positive and collaborative work environment. The company culture encourages learning, respect, and autonomy. It's also very remote-friendly, which adds a lot of flexibility. Compensation is slightly above the national average, which is a nice plus.
