Pros

There are no pros to work at this company.

Cons

This is a truly horrible company! The two owners are solely responsible for the nasty toxic and abusive environment that permeates this disorganization. One of them hardly ever sleeps and looks like an unkempt troll from under the bridge; the other is constantly torn between sucking up and yelling at their employees. And they work 24/7! You should see their 3:00am illiterate emails that hardly make sense. These are usually addressed to a dozen of people at once, with each name highlighted in different colors, with smiley faces all over the place, and ridiculous marching orders that change daily. The concept of overtime is completely foreign to them. For whatever reason, they expect you to be as invested in their “business” as they are. At the same time, everything is done last-minute, even though the deadlines are known well in advance. If you are a manager, they will micromanage you every step of the way and then blame you for their own mistakes. These creatures are certifiable! Unless you are fully remote and work directly with the customer (a government agency), your average employment expectancy is less than two months. Some people are fired, but most quit. Recruiting is a nonstop operation here because of the 99.9% attrition rate. I only know a handful of people that lasted more than a few months, but these are either relatives or some peculiar personalities with low self-esteem, or both. If you are a professional and have any self-respect whatsoever, you will not last here and will be scarred emotionally. My advice: stay away from this place.

Pros

there definitely are no pros

Cons

dishonesty, inappropriate, disrespectful, mismanagement, poor management, poor work life balance, micromanaging and insulting intelligence - they were going to make me sign a disclosure agreement / stating I couldn't be truthful about my experiences in exchange for severance pay. Happy I didn't sign :)

Pros

High pay. (If you’re willing to sell your sanity) You learn quickly what your professional limits are.

Cons

Leadership mocks employees, belittles their intelligence, and sends antagonistic emails at all hours of the night. The only people they can keep on staff in HQ longer than 3 months are their family members & significant others. The worst part is they truly believe people respect them for being tough. Going into work feels like living with an abusive parent. You never know what side of their personality you’re going to get that day. You can try talking to them about it, but they don’t care. They’re disrespectful and unhinged. They have created a warped sense of reality that will make you question your sanity and professional ability. Also they’re doing some things that are the opposite of legal. If they get audited, that’ll be a nightmare for them. (Deserved IMO) Last thing- There is basically a support group of former Zermount employees where we can understand and relate to our collective PTSD from this terrible, terrible place.
