Pros
The company has a great culture focused on growth, but with a laid back and kind attitude. Love the people I work with and I enjoy coming to work every day. The company offers a lot of opportunities for personal and professional growth using a program called Zestful. They do Company Outtings & Team Bonding events, Friendly and family stuff, potlucks and more. Every Monday at our company scrum, we have a part dedicated BLISS moments (Build Love Into Scalable Systems) where we acknowledge as a team the great things folks within the company have done for others. It's like props. That's awesome when a company sees you. No good deed goes unnoticed. Lastly, there are some seriously knowledgable people within the company across a variety of disciplines. They are truly a Google Premier Agency, you'll feel compelled to do your best naturally.
Cons
The team is growing quickly and getting new leads and customers at an increasing pace, so be prepared to wear multiple hats if need be. I personally prefer this as you get to experience new and challenging things and recruit colleagues, as opposed to be a cubicle desk monkey that other agencies have you do. I would say this company may not be for you if you're trying to fly under the radar. They have a great system to help but if you're not in it to win it, it will show. However everyone cares to the level that you do, and will help you, so it is what you make of it.

- Great Work/Life Balance. The workload is fast-paced and challenging but you're given flexible work options and the gorgeous Dana Point Harbor is right at our doorstep. - Really nice management team who cares about your goals, is very open to feedback, and proactively works to help you grow professionally. - Beautiful Office - Friendly and helpful coworkers - Dog-friendly environment!
Cons
- Probably not the best for someone who wants the typical corporate structure + hand-holding. You ideally need to be self-sufficient and a fast learner to thrive here.
