For me there are very few Pro because I was not told the truth in the beginning. I was told I was being hired for a different job

I'm basically was not told the truth in a sense I was told I was hired for a job that I'm designed for what I've done for many years. And they put me basically in a telemarketing position not over the phone but door-to-door I don't do that and I told them that. So basically you're going to a hundred 250 homes a day and having the door slammed on your face and they were really lie to you about the commission's you're going to make a very low base pay.

Pros

The most challenging sales position available; (Door-to Door) invaluable experience, due to face to face interaction with strangers at their homes... where my presence itself starts my pitch off on the wrong foot. Taking a homeowner from irritation to interest, and a possible sign up, was my goal at thousands of homes. I learned a lot about sales techniques, was very successful, and never got bit by a dog!

Cons

Poor management, lack of organization, employee payment issues, dishonest company culture, unfair practice and treatment, and low pay.
