      Toxic culture and mismanagement overshadow learning opportunities

      Pros

      Great learning and fast paced, in the current state of survival the company needs active employees who will sacrifice everything.

      Cons

      The company had a lot of promise in the early days and had some of the best in the industry. They brought in one member in high level in 2022/2023 and that member cascaded to more toxic members and peopel with a lack of experience but sitting in high places. since then the company has had more toxic politics, legal troubles, and mass layoffs due to mis management of funds.
