      Pros

      The best thing is money which is directly proportional to your work in this company. The second best thing is flexibility as no one is really onto you to complete your target. Friendly environment adds to other things.

      Cons

      Earlier there weren't any cons but with time they grew.The company don't listen to employees and rather listen to the clients and puts a penalty on everything. You even have to work on sunday and festival days too. And also there is no growth to your career and it will be stagnant.

      Pros

      One of the oldest Zites(That is what we call ourselves), I have actually seen Zerodha grow from being a 12 member company to 150. What's awesome is the work culture!! Its fun, casual and full of life. Zerodha insists an entrepreneurial attitude and pushes you to do better each day, just like you would do for your own venture.

      Couldn't find any in the last 4 years :-)

      Pros

      Amazing team, great new workplace, No bosses who are jumping on you in a typical sales outfit, managers don't have to generate a single report/everything automated, complete independence, Super incentives, esops.

      Cons

      Challenge with any company growing very fast is to be able to scale up the team with the spurt in growth. There are days when the support team probably gets over worked.
