      Pros

      Salary getting on time but conveyance not.

      Cons

      Very bad management in gurugram office, only salespersons are boss. HR is only for formality. If you are from a specific domain but you have to work as a one-man army. They are focused on money, not think about employee. Any time you will be fired.

      Join this Company if you are ready to sacrifice your health.

      Cons

      Work culture is not healthy for any employee(10-11 hours working is normal here). Employees Policies are very bad. Rude Seniors and Management. No respect for your work or accomplishments even after sacrificing family life and health also.
