Cons

HR is totally dead in this off. They never com to ask emps issues. Mngrs force emplys to work 14 hrs daily life 6 days week in support. Favoritism of mgrs for sum employees. Too much stress stress. No value for ppl. Try somewere.

Pros

SDE1 and SDE2 devs are good and hardworking.

Cons

Dont know where to start, listing down a few for others to think through and then join: 1. No Proper Roadmap for the product. Priorties change in second's blip. 2. Every new feature is a priority feature for all the teams working and want the solutioning, dev and QA to be done immediately. You will regret if you think this statement is a joke and join Zestmoney. 3. Working late nights and weekends is appreciated and acknowledged. Actually they expect you to be available on weekends unless you blatantly deny availability. Forget work life balance, it will be a distant memory. 4. If 2 devs finish a epic in 10 days, they instruct that let us provide 4 more devs and this should be doable in 3 days. **Mind you these are adhoc devs without the product and tech and team context. If you wanna work with this kind of leadership team, you are welcomed to join them. No wonder, rarely anyone stays for long duration with them, mostly people leave within 1-2 years. Last quarter the attrition late was around 22-30%. I am not surprised, given the work culture and practices. 5. Even if a person is sick and unwell, or they are on planned leave. They call you for discussions and meetings and ask you to complete a new task. I doubt if the leadership staff has humanity left or not? Basically they think, they are paying you so they own you 24x7. That's the mentality. Most of the glassdoor reviews which praise Zestmoney are fake. I was also bluffed by them and joined Zestmoney, only to realize a few months later what a blunder I have done. Thankfully I resigned after a year having found a great great opportunity.
