Pros
No pro as such, do not get deceived by earlier companies of founder. This company is not good.
Cons
They give low salary and ask to work even on Saturday. There is no engineering manager and CTO handles all engineering and does not know how to handle things. Even though management is from good college and company, there is a sense of cheapness in company, they do not care for the employee and want to extract as much as they can. Instead of hiring software professionals, they hire intern to get work done for almost free cost.
