The philosophy and approach is fragmented. Ziba has re-orged 7+ Times in the last year. Why? All of the talented leadership have left to start their own agencies. The philosophy and way to run the agency is old. The result is undervalued employees, and naive leadership. Although retired Sohrab is the puppet master preventing change. The leadership keeps trying to rescue a sinking ship. Ziba puts on events of topics they have no expertise in. What impact has Ziba had in the market lately?

depressing and toxic work environment management makes empty promises but never fulfills so they are constantly in hiring mode, leading to current employees always overstrained very smoke and mirrors work culture As a PM you will have little to no support and the way some of your coworkers will treat you is inhumane. You will be thrown into the deep end, sink or swim! And once you think you've made it, they'll send over a shark. Management has no real PM bone in the business and very clear there has been no real management training either. Unfortunately this creates a ripple effect throughout the company and at the end of the day Ziba would rather people leave than address their deeper issues. Ziba claiming to be a 'human centered design firm' is very surface level.
