      Toxic culture in Martech division affects well-being

      None, the Martech division is a terrible place to work.

      Cons

      There is a terrible toxic culture in the Martech division that has been routinely ignored by senior management. If you want to work somewhere to be belittled, ignored and undermined on a daily basis then join this company. I was forced to exit due to the impact on my personal well being and I am not the only one...

      Great coworkers and flexibility overshadowed by job insecurity and greedy leadership

      Coworkers are great, flexible time off and remote work is nice

      Cons

      Expect a constant fear of being laid off and don’t event think you’ll get a merit increase, bonus, or any sort of recognition for hard work and high performance. C-Suites only vision for the future seems to be when to schedule layoffs throughout the year and then receive hefty yearly raises and bonuses for themselves.

      Great experience working with my direct team and with other collaborators. Fulfilling work that has purpose and a stable environment of growth.

      Fully remote, so not a ton of opportunity to interact in-person.
