I never got my pay in time and when I said that I am done with this job they stop my pay check to make sure I serve my notice period and even after serving my notice period, my dues are not clear yet. They keep on harassing you mentally during you job. And in my case they call me after 1 month of my last day with them, and blamed me for their current mess, that was all working fine when I was there. CEO says that he is open for any convo but when you tell him about what is going wrong in the company he will pretend to listen and will take no step about it. And also CEO does not know how to handle his own ego. Current CTO does not stick to her own words. She will need minute by minute detail of your work, even you update her every day, when there is meating or group convo she will refuse to accept that you already updated her about everthing In short working with them is total waste of time and skills.

Almost all cons to working here, but especially because of the following: - Lack of transparency company wide ( "everything's great" mentality) - CEO lacks integrity and does not take constructive feedback to further the company, and instead is always right. Additionally, he has no experience in financial services or running a company, and lies or manipulates people to get by. - Hires interns so that they can be used for free labor. - No company benefits and I received multiple paychecks late. - Everyone is severely underpaid - Company has no strategy and will not sustain. I could go on, but the point is absolutely DO NOT WORK HERE.
