No contract or non-compete required for employment with company.
Cons
No leadership. No respect for employees or customers. No opportunity for advancement. No respect in the dental community. No consistency in job requirements, expectations. Marketing and Training are non-existent.

Pros
Zila is a great place to work now that the company has been purchased. The products have been around forever and customers recognize them.
Cons
The downside is that although the company has been around for over 20 years they have not made any product enhancements so it makes it hard to be competitive.
