      Could be a great career in such a unique company

      Pros

      Great product, good people, and a career that can give you relationships within the music industry. Pretty cool company since they are the oldest family run business in America, dating back to 1623.

      Cons

      Poor morale, poor leadership, and lots of politics because of that. Not much opportunity to grow, and communication is weak at best.

      Pros

      Great people, amazing products, cool environment (get to be around drums, cymbals, and professional drummers)

      Cons

      Most employees are not forward looking, been there for decades but do not have strong knowledge of the product/culture/industry. Can feel stagnant. Lack of diversity.
