Expect to see at least one person a month leave causing extremely high turnover, condescending management, no 401k or bonus structure, management prone to constant knee jerk reactions, unrealistic expectations & lack of communication across the company. Be sure to know who to kiss up to if you want something done.

Terrible direction and upper management that micromanages every tiny aspect of everything that goes on. Directors have zero actual experience regarding what the creative types do thus leading to a general lack of respect for the work being done that also leads to very unreasonable expectations. Its run fast and loose with zero regard for their talent, only their directors. TONS of turnover of talented people constantly. Stay away.
