      My experience in working with Zilker Partners couldn't have been better. Nicole and her team really seemed to understand what I was looking for in my next position – really seemed to "get me" – and placed me into high-level interviews with an excellent company in a matter of days. The interviews were successful and I'm happy to have had Zilker's support in landing the role that I wanted. Very attentive and smart team. I've recommended them many times over already.

      Pros

      I applied for a position that was contracted through Zilker and met with Jim who was fantastic to work with and to help answer all my questions. Even though the job was a little slow to start Jim kept me updated as to what was going on. He continues to check in and make sure I am doing OK. Great company!

      I appreciated the quality of interactions I experienced with Jim Burk (and Shannon) from start to finish. Head and shoulders above other recruiting firms.

      Like all recruiting firms, they use scripts/playbook/CRM: which is to be expected.
