      Everyone is willing to help you learn Most people have a passion for what they do, they're not just here for the ride So many people have been with the company for so long Feels like you're part of a family

      Interview process was a little long, but worth it in the end Long hours during busy seasons Steep learning curve if you're not from the industry already

      They are constantly trying to keep an edge in the industry. They reward hard work with little "extras" to show appreciation Managers generally care about the well-being of their employees, especially on a personal side HR has become a breath of fresh air recently Investing in people who want to grow Above average wage for work, especially overtime pay

      Lots of hours, especially in the Summer There is drama with some people
